Programming
Our On staff CNC programmer utilizes Edgecam software to streamline the programming process off line.

Out Side Services
When it is necessary to go "outside" for special processes i.e. plating, anodizing, heat treating, grinding etc. We are supported by carefully selected vendors who have worked with us for years. |

Currently Ferguson Mfg. Co. is working towards ISO 9001 Compliance. We are continually refining our quality system to make sure our customers receive the highest quality components possible. Our quality system is very well documented to insure consistency in our process and minimize errors. All inspection equipment and gaging is on a stringent calibration schedule to ensure its accuracy. The majority of our work is in the hydraulics industry so working with tight tolerances and fine surface finishes is common place.
